D.   Severability; Interpretation.  If any provision of such Conditions, or any Additional Terms, is for just about any explanation deemed invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of proficient jurisdiction, then that provision will be considered severable from these Phrases or the extra Phrases, as well as invalidity
